My mom started making it when I was in Girl Scouts. We would go camping and it was served in the Frito bag. She continues to make it and it is one of my daughter's favorites. When I attempt to make it, I get told "I like Grandma's chili better."

Ingredients
1 1/2-2
lb round steak (or top sirloin), cut up
1
tsp oil
1
large can crushed tomato
2
tbsp chili powder
1
tsp paprika
1
chopped onion
cayenne pepper to taste
1
large can chili beans
1/2
tsp cumin
1/2
tsp oregano
1
tsp crushed garlic
Directions
1.
Brown meat, onion, garlic in oil.
2.
Add all other ingredients except beans.
3.
Cook until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
4.
Add beans.
5.
Serve with fritos, grated cheese, and onions for Chili Billies.
