Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms With Real Bacon Bit Topping

Ingredients

Pkg of Shitake Mushrooms with stems
1
{8 0z.} pkg. of Cream Cheese
1
Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1
pkg. of Real Bacon Bits
Directions
1.
Wash Mushrooms Thoroughly and Pat Dry
2.
Remove the stems gently and set aside
3.
In Large Mixing bowl, mix Cream Cheese and Shredded cheese together.
4.
Next using back of a spoon, scoop some of the cheese mix out of the bowl and then fill the mushroom caps you set aside earlier. GENTLY OR THEY WILL BREAK APART.
5.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
6.
Place stuffed mushroom caps on a foil lined baking sheet.
7.
Sprinkle the Real Bacon Bits on the top of the mushroom caps.
8.
Cook for 15 minutes or Until cheese is melted and the mushroom caps are soft.
