Liver And Sausage Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients

/.2 loaf Cornbread (see recipe), crumbled
1/2
lb Jimmy Dean pork sausage- mild
1/2
cup chicken liver (boiled until tender)
1/2
cup celery, chopped
1
medium onion, chopped
1/2
cup green onion
1/2
cup parsley
1
raw egg
2
hard boiled eggs
1/2
cup chicken stock
Poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Bake cornbread and cool.
2.
Crumble cornbread and soak in chicken stock and raw egg.
3.
Saute sausage and liver in large skillet and then drain excess oil.
4.
Add veggies and saute until soft.
5.
Add cornbread and saute.
6.
Add remaining ingredients (green onion, parsley, hard boiled eggs, and seasonings) to finish and then remove from heat.
