Ingredients

cup green onion

cup yellow onion

oz mushroom

cups chicken stock

cup white wine

lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

tsp salt

tsp white pepper

tsp cayenne

egg yolks, beaten
1/4
cup heavy cream
4
dozen oysters
Topping
3/4
cup Romano cheese
1/4
cup bread crumbs
3/4
stick butter
Directions
1.
Brown veggies and saute shrimp with seasoning and butter.
2.
Add flour, chicken broth, and wine.
3.
Combine beaten egg yolks with 1/2 to 1 cup of liquid and then the cream, then pour into pot mixture.
4.
Top oysters with sauce and toppings, then bake at 450 degrees F until edges are curled (about 15 minutes).
