Pork Chops In Brown Gravy

Ingredients
4-5
thinly sliced pork chops
1/2
medium onion
1/2
stalk celery
1
cup chicken stock
Parsley to taste
Rice
Directions
1.
Add salt and pepper to pork chops then dredge in plain flour.
2.
Fry pork chops on both sides until dark brown color, then remove from pan.
3.
Saute onion and celery in oil.
4.
Add chicken stock and return pork chops to pot.
5.
Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours, until tender.
6.
Top with chopped parsley and serve with rice.
