Roasted Red Peppers

red peppers
Directions
1.
Wash red peppers.
2.
Cut off the stems.
3.
Cut in half and scoop out seeds and membranes.
4.
Roast in 450˚ oven for 20-30 minutes until charred.
5.
Cool and peel off the skin.
6.
Cut lengthwise to add to salad.
