cups sliced baby Portobello

large onion sliced

red bell pepper sliced

tbsp olive oil

cups chicken stock

thawed meatballs

cloves garlic finely chopped

tsp fresh thyme
Directions
1.
Cook mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers in oil for 8 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
