Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1
lb pork sausage (jimmy dean tube)
8
eggs
2
cups milk
1
tsp salt
1
tsp dry mustard 4 slices white bread cubed (or enough to fill bottom)
1 1/2
cups grated cheese (swiss, cheddar)
1 1/2
cups cornflake crumbs
1/3
cup melted butter
Directions
1.
Night or Day Before: Sauté sausage and drain
2.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together until mixed well
3.
In a greased 13”x9” pan, layer cubed bread, sausage then cheese
4.
Pour the egg mixture over covering thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
5.
Next morning: preheat oven to 350°. Top with cornflake crumbs and melted butter.
6.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
