Beef & Veggie Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
6
oz Dried Spaghetti Noodles (Veggie Preferred)
1
dash of Salt
1
lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1
tsp Olive Oil or Spray
1
Medium Yellow Onion
1
Red Bell Pepper
1
Green Bell Pepper
1
Yellow Bell Pepper
4
tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Amino
2
tbsp Gochujang Sauce
2
tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2
tsp (approx 3-4 cloves) Minced Garlic
1
tsp Minced Ginger
1
tsp Chili Powder
1
tsp Black Pepper
Directions
1.
In a pot of boiling water seasoned with salt, cook pasta until al dente.

Cut onions and bell peppers into 1/2 inch slices. In a large saute pan or wok, add/spray oil and saute the veggies until tender on medium to high heat. Remove veggies from heat and set aside.
3.
Add ground beef to saute pan or wok. Use a wooden spoon or other sturdy spatula to break the meat up into large pieces in the pan. Let it brown for several minutes.
4.
Add the following to the beef: soy sauce, gochujang, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili powder, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Add back to the seasoned beef mixture the veggies.
6.
Add cooked noodles to the beef and veggie mixture. Stir to ensure the noodles are covered with mixture.
