Chilled Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped.

or 2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
2/3
cup sour cream.
1
cup plain yogurt.
2
tbsp + 2 tsp of fresh dill.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/4
cup + 1 Tbsp chopped Walnuts.

Sprigs of Dill.
Directions
1.
Place the cucumber, garlic, sour cream, and yogurt into bowl and blend iuntil smooth.
2.
Add 2 Tbsp Dill, salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Mix together and chill briefly.
4.
Add 1 Tbsp walnuts in 4 chilled bowls.
5.
Garnish with dill.
