Ingredients
2
blocks of Brie
1
bag of baby Potatoes
1
large onion or 2 small onions
4
Garlic cloves
8
strips of Bacon
200
ml Cream
Directions
1.
First, cut up the bacon, onions (like you would when you make fajitas) and garlic.
2.
Put the bacon in a cold pan and cook on medium heat
3.
Add the onions to the pan when the bacon looks cooked but not crispy and cook for about 5 mins on a low temperature. Salt and pepper.
4.
When onions look done, add garlic to the pan and cook for 2 more mins then take the pan off the heat.
5.
Boil potatoes until they’re soft (you’ll have to take one out and try and squash it – probably about 10 mins)
6.
Drain the potatoes and roughly chop them up a bit
7.
In a dish, layer potatoes, onion bacon mixture and brie, then pour cream over the top until it’s pretty much full up.
8.
Bake for about 30 mins.
