Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
2
dozen shrimp (41-50 per pound size), thawed, peeled and deveined
Milk- any kind, enough to cover the shrimp in the mixing bowl
3
cups flour
1/2
Cooking Oil (not olive oil)-enough to cover bottom of pan by about 1/2 an inch
1/2
tsp Salt
1/2
tsp Pepper
1/2
tsp Paprika
Directions
1.
Combine raw shrimp with seasoning and pour in milk.
2.
Soak shrimp in seasoned milk for at least 30 minutes, covered in the fridge.
3.
Heat oil over medium heat (or to 360 degrees F if using a fryer).
4.
Pour flour into paper bag add milk-coated shrimp, shaking bag to lightly bread.
5.
Add shrimp to oil (don't overcrowd/overlap) and fry for 1.5 mins each side, until golden brown.
6.
Remove to plate with paper towels to soak up excess oil, then quickly sprinkle with additional salt.
7.
Serve with lemon
