large bell pepper

Rice
Fluffy white rice

cup Korean hot pepper paste
Serving
Sesame seeds

Directions
1.
Begin by cutting the flank steak of filet mignon into matchstick-sized pieces. Cook beef matchsticks with sesame oil, soy sauce, diced onion, and garlic. Set aside.

Begin by cutting the vegetables into matchstick-sized pieces. Cook the vegtables with sesame oil and vegetable oil. Set aside.

Next, cook the spinach with sesame oil and set aside.
4.
To cook in Korean bowls for stove: Spread vegetable oil in the bottom of the bowl, add rice, arrange vegetables and meat in a circle, place an egg yolk in the center, cook bowl over the stove, take off stove and mix to cook egg, and top with sauces and sesame seeds
5.
For precooked egg: Add rice, arrange vegetables and meat in a circle, cook egg and place in center, and top with sauces and sesame seeds
