Creamy Bacon Chicken

Ingredients

chicken breast filleted

bacon strips cut into small pieces
garlic powder
salt and pepper

tsp lemon juice

tbsp butter

cup half and half
1/4
chicken broth
Directions
1.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry, set bacon grease aside except for about 2 tablespoons.

Prep chicken with seasoning (optional: coat with flour to for extra cripiness)

Add chicken to pan and fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter. Let bubble and reduce by half (about 3-4 minutes). Stir in half and half and stir. When it starts to bubble add bacon and stir for a minute. Add chicken and coat with sauce.

Let chicken cook in sauce for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
