With floured hands press 2/3 cake mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.

In microwave-safe bowl combine he milk, chocolate chips & butter. Microwave uncovered on high for 45 seconds. Stir and microwave until all is melted. Pour over crust.

Drop by teaspoon of remaining cake mix over top.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool before cutting.
