Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

lb hashbrowns (I use southern style)
1/4
cup real butter - softened
1/4
cup chopped onion - green
1 1/2
pepper
1
(8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
8
ozs sour cream
1
can cream of chicken soup
1
cup Cornflake crumbs
2/3
tsp butter
Directions
1.
Mix top 7 ingredients and place in buttered pan (spray with cooking spray). Mix 1 coup cornflakes crumbs and 2/3 t melted butter. Sprinkle on top and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cover
