Directions

-In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, except chorizo/sausage and sliced egg
2.
-Divide mix into 3 cylinders, using foil and add chorizo/sausage and sliced egg close to the center of the cylindrical-shaped mix

-Wrap and close each foil wrap, twisting tightly at least 2 inches at each side

-Place in steamer, for 20 minutes
5.
-After cooling, serve with tomato ketchup, banana ketchup, or gravy (not included in calories)

Embutido can be eaten as an appetizer or as a meal, served with rice.
