Breakfast Sausage

This recipe is from The Healthy Gluten Free Style cookbook . I made this recipe and messed up because I used already browned ground beef instead of raw beef to make the sausage. It's very tasty.

Ingredients
1
lb raw ground beef
1
tbsp honey
2
tsp parsley
1
tsp marjarom
1
tsp minced onion
1
tsp paprika
1/2
tsp sage
1/2
tsp salt
1/4
tsp tumeric
pepper
italian seasoning
coconut oil
Directions
1.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together, except coconut oil.
2.
Fowm into approximately 3-inch wide patties.
3.
Heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat.
4.
Place patties in skillet, evenly spaced.
5.
Cook 2-3 minutes or until really brown and carmelized, flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve.
