Add vinegar and cornflour to the meringue and fold in until incorporated.

Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon the meringue mixture into the centre, slowly working the mixture into a large circle. Make sure the edges are raised and the centre slightly hollowed.

Cook in the oven for around 1.5 hours until the outside is dry and crisp.

When cool, transfer meringue into a large serving plate. Add whipped cream and decorate with chopped fresh fruit.
