Level out 1 teaspoon of raw coconut oil into medium skillet. Crack 2 eggs into bowl and whisk up. Season as desired. Cut 1/2 avocado and gently cut the pulp out of the shell OR cut and cube while in the shell and spoon out onto your plate. Turn on heat get coconut oil hot. Once, heated, pour eggs into pan. Scramble until desired consistency. Do not overcook. Place eggs on plate with avocado and enjoy!
