Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix sugar and butter, add eggs 1 at a time unbeaten. Add milk and flour alternately. Add rest of ingredients. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cake sit 5 minutes before removing from pan.
