I got this recipe from step son, Mike Murdock years ago. I think he got it off the recipe book that came with his ice cream freezer. This is the best ice cream recipe I have ever used.
Heat milk until bubbly around edge. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt. Stir. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. To make strawberry, add 4 cups of pureed strawberries; banana - add 3 cups of mashed bananas; peach, add 4 cups of pureed peaches. Put in ice cream freezer and freeze with ice and rock salt.
