Combine cinnamon and suar in small bowl. Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces. Dip each biscuit in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon suar mixture. Place each piece of coated biscuit into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Drizzle with your choice of frosting.
