Sos Sausage And Gravy
This has always been a personal favorite and common Southern favorite. This comfort food sure does take me back to my childhood of my mom making sausage and gravy on a Sunday morning.
Cook sausage and break apart to even lumps. Add flour to oil side of sausage and mix with cooked sausage. Add milk and butter and bring to a slow simmer stirring occasionally until slightly bubling and mixture is done. Spoon over cooked biscuits.
