Carrot Cake

I got this recipe from Susan Haire, a co-worker at Duke Power.

Ingredients

cups flour

cups sugar

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt
2
tsp soda

eggs
1 1/2
cups Crisco oil
3
cups grated carrots
icing
8
cream cheese
1
stick butter
1
box powdered sugar
1
tsp vanilla
1
cup pecans
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients for the cake together (not the icing) with a mixer and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes (9 x 13 pan). After the cake cools, mix the icing together and put on cake.
