Combine dry ingredients: flour, cayenne, black pepper, chili powder, onion powder, and salt in a large ziploc baggie or large bowl

Coat wings in dry mixture until completely covered

Put the wings on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes

After the 30 minutes, coat the wings, again, in the dry mix and then place on an oiled wired pan grate. Place the pan grate on top of an oven pan to catch oil and grease

Lightly oil the top of the wings (either drizzle or brush), flip over, and oil the other side

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cook wings for 60 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy

Melt the stick of butter and combine with the Franks Hot Sauce and desired salt and pepper
