Chicken Spaghetti
This new concoction was a big hit for the both of us. We tried it our last Saturday on the Daniel Fast. It was so good, I didn't feel like I was eating healthy. But we were. Low in fat and sugar! Yay!
(16 oz) jar tomato sauce (choose your preferred flavor

tbsp italian seasoning
1
tsp oregano
1/2
tsp Tony's Chachere's
1/2
tsp black pepper
dash of salt, to taste
1
cup pasta water
Directions
1.
Boil pasta for 10 minutes or until tender. Don't forget to sprinkle salt in the water while boiling pasta. When done, reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain remaining water.

Cut chicken sausage into pieces.
3.
Saute chicken sausage for 5-7 minutes or until done. Drain remaining fat, leaving only a little bit in the pan.
4.
Place cooked chicken sausage on to a paper towel to drain.
5.
Pour tomato sauce into pan with the grease. Add italian seasoning, oregano, Tony's, black pepper and salt.
6.
Add half of the reserved pasta water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add more water to achieve your preferred consistency.
