Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, garlic, and shrimp. Stir fry until shrimp is done. Add sauce mixture to skillet. Add noodles, bean sprouts, and red pepper flakes, tossing lightly. Heat 1 min. Remove and serve. Sprinkle with peanuts.
