Prepare and bake brownie batter according to package, but stir in panut butter chips. Don't overbake. When cool cut into pieces.

Cut peanut butter cups in half, set aside 1/2 cup for topping.

In large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 min or until soft set. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 cartons of whipped topping.

Layer brownies, then peanut butter cups, then pudding mix. Repeat. Cover with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle peanut butter cups.
