Place 2 cups of hot water, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of yeast , along with a stick of melted butter into a mixing bowl. Let it sit for a while then add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3 cups of bread flour. Mix together and then add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 2-3 cups of all purpose flour, mix and add more flour as needed to form a soft dough. Let it knead in the machine for 4 minutes. Cover top of dough with butter then cover with a towel and let it raise and double in bulk, punch down, and let raise a second time. Divide dough into two balls and roll into a circle and cut into triangles. Roll up and put on a buttered cookie sheet and let it raise for 20-30 minutes. Cook at 350 for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter.
