In a skillet on high heat you will add the 4 tbs of sesame oil and add the sliced Bell pepper , onion , broccoli , and snow peas and cook for 10 minutes .

You then will add a drizzle of soy sauce with garlic salt and black pepper .

In a separate pan you will add the sliced chicken breast and cooked in sesame oil until golden brown . You then will add the schezwan sauce and cook for about 5 minutes .

Add the chicken in the skillet with the rest of the stir fry .

Mix all together and cook for 5 more minutes . Enjoy
