Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Just to let you know, I am limited to only 200 characters to describe this heavenly dessert. Actually, words won't describe them anyways. Just eat one or two. Who am I kidding? Eat all of them!

Serves 20people
cup butter, softened
cup brown sugar
cup white sugar
tbsp milk
tsp vanilla extract
cups all-purpose flour
pinch salt
cups miniature chocolate chips, divided
pkg fudge brownie mix, baked and cooled
pkg chocolate candy melts
stick cake pop
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. (It doesnt have to be a stand mixer if you only have a handheld. It just makes the job alot easier.) Add the milk and vanilla; beat until combined. Lastly, beat in the flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Stit in ONE (1) cup of the mini chocolate chips.
On a foil-lined baking sheet, drop rounded, tablespoon sized balls of dough. You can use a cookie scoop if you have one, but I didn't. I just used my hands. Freeze the cookie dough for about an hour until firm.
Cut the brownies into small squares, or in my case blobs, about 1" in size. Pick up the blob and gently flatten it with your palm.
Place a cookie dough ball in the middle of the flattened brownie and wrao the brownie around the cookie dough ball. Just kind of roll it in your fingers until it completely surrounds the cookie dough. Repeat with all dough and return to the freezer for 30 minutes or so. I was impatient and took them out after fifteen.
Prepare canfy melts according to the package directions. Take the cake pop sticks and dip one end into the chocolate and stick it into the top of the ball. Gently dip the ball into the chocolate and get it completely covered. I had to use a spoon to kind of spread out the coating over the entire surface. While the choclate is wet, sprinkle a couple of mini chocolate chips on the top. Continue unitl averthing it coated in chocolate and chocolate chips. WARNING: When I say everything, that included the counter, your hands, your clothes, and maybe even the wall if your excitement takes, over.
This step shouldn't be here, but if you don't already know, you are supposed to eat them. If you happen to have leftovers, store them in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
Also, you may have extra cookie dough. Hint, hint...your supposed to eat that too!
