Grandma Lee Race's Pancakes

The recipe is from Grandma Race and they are the pancakes we ALWAYS make! Add real maple syrup, mini chocolate chips for the kids, and powdered sugar in a shaker on the side!

Ingredients
1
egg, separated
1 1/4
cups milk
2
tbsp butter, melted
1 1/4
cups flour
1
tsp sugar
1
tsp baking powder
1
baking soda
1
salt
Directions
1.
Heat griddle slowly while mixing batter.
2.
Beat 1 egg white until stiff and set aside.
3.
In larger bowl beat 1 egg yolk.
4.
Beat in all other ingredients
5.
Fold in beaten egg white.
6.
Lightly grease griddle when hot and start making pancakes!
