Heat oil in a frying over a medium heat. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked though.

Remove from the pan, cover with foil and allow to rest.

While the pork is resting add the mushrooms to the hot pan and then fry for 2-3 minutes. Reduce to a low heat and then add the boursin and a splash of water. Stir until you have a smooth sauce.

Turn off the heat and add the resting juices from the steaks.

Serve with the sauce on top of the steaks and vegetables on the side and enjoy!
