Pina Colada Smoothie

This family friendly treat is filled with coconut milk, coconut yogurt, pineapple juice, and frozen pineapple chunks. It’s a tropical blast that’s creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

cup coconut milk (I used the canned stuff)

cup 100% pineapple juice
1 1/2
cups frozen pineapple chunks
1
cup coconut Greek yogurt
1
cup crushed ice
1/4
tsp rum extract, optional
garnish
whip cream
maraschino cherries
pineapple slices
Directions
1.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2.
Pour into glasses and garnish with whip cream, cherries and pineapple slices if desired. Enjoy!
