Pour 1/3 of the batter into a cake pan. Sprinkle coffee granules, some chocolate chips and some brown sugar. Pour in another 1/3 of the batter over it and sprinkle again. Pour the rest of the cake over it.

Bake on 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Let cool completely.

Icing: Dilute the coffee in the hot water. Mix with icing sugar- the more icing sugar you use, the thicker the icing will be.
